I’m starting a new business named Algrthm! 🎉
For most of you, it’s no surprise. I love entrepreneurship! This new venture allows me to share lessons I’ve learned in my career with other entrepreneurs and executives.
Changes in my current role
First, I want to announce that I’ve left my role as Chief Experience Officer at UniGroup to pursue this new business. I am thankful for the opportunities I had in this company and within the Co-op.
My time at UniGroup began in 2014 as a marketing and customer experience consultant. I worked with Keith Dailey, Tricia Schuler, Terri Orban, Joel Alvarez, and many others for the next four years.
In 2017 and 2018, I worked with Jeff Myers, Jim McBride, and Marc Rogers to create the strategies for disruptive business models, new customer experiences, and emerging technology at UniGroup. Marc is a fantastic, customer-focused leader.
Then there was Handled 💛. I love the team we built and our work to elevate the customer experience in moving by “Helping the World Feel at Home.” Thanks to so many people. Seriously, you were the perfect team!
Next, UniGroup acquired Handled, I was fortunate enough to work with John Schnettgoecke, Jaime Winkler, Mark Neff, Cecilia Shea, Meghan Meurer, Valerie Pacer, Charles Cunningham, Jack Donovan, Jason Jones, Heather Paraino, Brent Stottlemyre, and many more.
Grateful for the Partnership
Through these challenging, exciting, and disruptive years — what made it work was working with my good friend Jim McBride. Jim’s drive, work ethic, and vision make him an incredible business partner. Jim and I both love the work. I am thrilled to be partnering with Jim again in this new company.
As I look forward to what comes next, I plan to build on these fantastic lessons. A big part of this new venture will involve sharing my own experiences and “recipes for success” with executives in the roles I have worked in multiple times.

ALGRTHM is a consulting company specializing in helping leaders with emerging technology and new business models. We build the algorithm to help you get where you want to go.
In my experience in entrepreneurship and leading in executive roles, I have seen patterns of success emerge repeatedly. I have learned how to apply the principles of speed and direction to help businesses advance and progress.
An algorithm is a process or set of rules for solving problems in math. Our new company, ALGRTHM, provides leaders with the process to create business solutions. I’m excited to be a co-founder and serve as Chief Executive Officer.
